Dr. Peter Reiner is a warm, smart, thoughtful, and highly experienced Clinical Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist who offices just north of Chicago’s Loop.  He provides mental health services and consultation to adults and adolescents, seen individually or in couples or families, as well as to other professionals.  Psychotherapy or consultation with Dr. Reiner is a collaborative process that is unique to each client.  Meetings are tailored to each client’s specific goals, concerns, style, and strengths.

Dr. Reiner is licensed in Illinois as both a Clinical Psychologist and a Marriage and Family Therapist and has more than thirty years’ experience providing insightful and pragmatic assistance to his clients.  He has been consistently active in teaching and training other mental health professionals; he has served  as Staff and maintained long-term affiliations with both the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University and the Family Institute at Northwestern University, where he was Coordinator of Clinical Training.
